If you think you have what it takes we would love to have you apply.  During the hiring process you will be required to undergo a drug test through ArcPoint Labs of Golden Valley and a criminal background and driving history check through Trusted Employees. We opt to complete our background checks according to the Kari Koskinen Manager Background Check Act.

  • SAFETY

    We comply with all OSHA requirements for jobsite safety and conduct regular safety training with employees. Fuel, solvent rags and waste paint thinner are kept in airtight containers to prevent fire. Ladders are chained and locked nightly. Damaged equipment is promptly repaired or replaced.

  • DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE

    We have a zero-tolerance policy for substance use in the workplace.

  • TEAM APPROACH

    At times we may employ well-qualified subcontractors for trades such as carpentry, drywall, painting and wallcovering. Regardless of staffing method our production and safety staff work diligently to maintain the same high level of quality and service our customers have come to expect.

  • TRAINING PROGRAM

    Our proprietary training program teaches new employees the Stone Valley Painting method which focuses on quality and attention to detail. Because we know the little things, like sweeping up paint chips, are important.

We participate in the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services E-Verify program to verify that new employees are eligible to work.
